State member, and Liberty National Bank and Trust
Company, Buffalo, New York merged under charter and
t i t l e of Liberty National Bank and Trust Company.
The former head o f f i c e and branches of The Peoples
Bank of Erie County, w i l l be operated as branches by
the continuing bank.
