A branch was established in the former location of People's Loan, Savings and Deposit Bank. 3-II-63 Establishment of State Member Branch 1 The Connecticut Bank and Trust Company, Hartford, Connecticut, established a branch at ll6l New Britain Avenue, West Hartford, Connecticut, to be known as Elmwood Office. 3-II-63 CHANGE IN FOREIGN BANKING AND FINANCING CORPORATIONS 12 Wells Fargo Bank International Corporation, 464 California Street, San Francisco, California, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of California and a subsidiary of Wells Fargo Bank, San Francisco, California, is now operating under agreement with the Board of Governors pursuant to the provisions of Section 25 of the Federal Reserve Act. 3- 4-63
