ANNOUNCEMENT BY BOARD OF GOVERNORS OF THE FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM For the week ended June 13, 1959 K.3 No. 17 CHANGES IN STATE BANK MEMBERSHIP Date effective Voluntary Withdrawal The Heme State Bank' of South Milwaukee, South Milwaukee, Wisconsin. 6-9-59 Merger and Establishment of Branch 6 Limestone County Bank, Athens, Alabama, a State member, and Farmers & Merchants Bank, Elkmont, Alabama, an insured nonmember, merged under charter and' title of Limestone County Bank. A branch was established in the former location of Farmers & Merchants Bank. 5-11-59 Establishment of State Member Branch 2 The Hackensack Trust Company, Hackensack, New Jersey, established a branch at 1 Johnson Avenue, to be known as Fairmount Office. 6-11-59 CHANGE IN FOREIGN BRANCHES OF AMERICAN BANKS AND BANKING CORPORATIONS Bank of America, New York, opened a branch in Kuala Lumpur, Federation of Malaya, located at 1 Cross Street, in temporary quarters. 6-1-59
