Massachusetts, and Uellesley Trust Company,
Wellesley, I assachusetts, both State members,
consolidated under charter and title of
Norfolk County Trust Company. The former
main office and branch of VJellesley Trust
Company will be operated as branches by the
continuing bank.

Bank of Idaho, Boise, Idaho, a State member,
and Panhandle State Bank, Coeur d'Alene,
Idaho, an insured nonmember, merged under
charter and title of Bank of Idaho. A
branch was established in the former
location of Panhandle State Bank.
