National Commercial Bank and Trust Company, Albany,
New York, merged under charter and title of the
latter bank. The former head office and branch of
The Citizens' Trust Company of Schenectady, N. Y.,
will be operated as branches by the continuing bank.

a State member bank, and The First National Bank of
North Baltimore, North Baltimore, Ohio, merged under
charter and title of the former bank. A branch was
established in the former location of The First
National Bank of North Baltimore.

under charter and title of the former bank. A

South Dakota, Farmers State Bank, Tabor, South
Dakota, and Security State Bank, Wakonda, South
Dakota, all insured nonmember banks, consolidated
under charter and title of Citizens Bank. The
former head office and branch of Security State Bank,
Wakonda, as well as the former head offices of Security
State Bank, Gayville and Farmers State Bank, Tabor will
be operated as branches by the continuing bank.
