The State Bank and Trust Company, Defiance, Ohio,

a State member bank, and The Ney State Bank, Ney,
Ohio, an insured nonmember bank, merged under
charter and title of The State BcCik and Trust
Company. A branch was established in the former
location of The Ney State Bank.
The Bank of Lunenburg, Kenbridge, Virginia, a
State member bank, and The Fidelity National
Bank, Lynchburg, Virginia, merged under charter
and title of the latter bank. A branch was
established in the former location of The Bank
of Lunenburg.
