member, has assumed the deposit liabilities of and acquired
certain assets from the Lubec Trust and Banking Company,
Lubec, Maine, nonmember. The office of the latter vri.ll be
operated as a branch of the former.
Columbus Trust Company, Newark, N. J., member, has assumed the deposit liabilities of and acquired certain assets
from the Central Bank and Trust Company, Newark, N. J., a
nonmember. The office of the latter will be operated as a
