Merger and Establishment of Branch
Union Bank and Trust Company of Amelia, Amelia,
Virginia, a State member bank, and The Fidelity
National Bank, Lynchburg, Virginia, merged under
charter and title of The Fidelity National Bank,
Lynchburg, Virginia. The former head office of
Union Bank and Trust Company of Amelia will be
operated as a branch of the continuing bank.
