CHANGES IN STATE MEMBER BANKS

Date effective

Merger and Establishment of Branch
The Middle Tennessee Bank, Columbia, Tennessee,
a State m e m b e r bank, and Hampshire Bank, Hampshire,
Tennessee, an insured nonmember bank, merged under
charter and title of the former bank. The former
head office of Hampshire Bank will be operated as
a branch b y the continuing bank.

The Twin City Bank, North Little Rock, Arkansas.

Marine Midland Trust Company of Western New York,
Buffalo, New York, established a branch at Two Main
Place, Buffalo, New York.
