Merger, Consolidation, and Establishment of Branches

Montgomery County Bank and Trust Company, Norristown,
Pennsylvania, a State member, and The National Bank
and Trust Company, Spring City, (East Vincent Township), Pennsylvania, merged under charter and title
of Montgomery County Bank and Trust Company. The
former main office and branch of The National Bank
and Trust Company will be operated as branches by
the continuing bank.

The State Bank of St. Johns, St. Johns, Michigan,
a State member, and The St. Johns National Bank,
St. Johns, Michigan, consolidated under charter
of The St. Johns National Bank and title of Clinton
National Bank and Trust Company, St. Johns. The
former main office of The State Bank of St. Johns
will be operated as a branch by the continuing bank.
