Bank of Eureka, Eureka, Illinois. 12- 1-66 Merger and Establishment of Branch The Colonial Bank and Trust Company, Waterbury, Connecticut and Puritan Bank and Trust Company, Meriden, Connecticut, both State member banks, merged under charter and title of the Colonial Bank and Trust Company, Waterbury. The former head office and branches of Puritan Bank and Trust Company will be operated as branches by the continuing bank. 12- 2-66 Establishment of State Member Branches The Bank of Virginia, Richmond, Virginia, established 11-28-66 a branch at Ridge and Quioccasin Roads, Henrico County, Virginia, to be known as Ridge Road Office.
