2-7Z- ANNOUNCEMENT BY BOARD OF GOVERNORS OF THE FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM For the week ended August 6, 1959 K.3 No. 25 CHANGES IN STATE BANK MEMBERSHIP Date effective Consolidation and Establishment of Branches Fidelity Bank & Trust Company, Indianapolis, Indiana, a State member, and AmericanFletcher National Bank and Trust Company, Indianapolis, Indiana, consolidated under charter and title of American Fletcher National Bank and Trust Company.
