The First Savings Bank and Trust Company, Ravenna,
Ohio, a State member, and The First National
Bank of Mantua, Mantua, Ohio, consolidated under
charter of The First National Bank of Mantua and
new title The First National Bank and Trust
Company of Ravenna, with head office transferred
to former location of The First Savings Bank and
Trust Company. The former main office of The
First National Bank of Mantua will be operated
as a branch by the continuing bank.

The Mohawk State Bank, Mohawk, Indiana, a State
member, and Willow Branch State Bank, Willow
Branch, Indiana, an insured nonmember, consolidated under charter of Willow Branch State Bank
and new title Hancock County Bank. A branch
was established in the former location of The
Mohawk State Bank.
