Below is given the Federal Reserve Board7? regular weekly etat of total debits to deposit accountreported through the Federal R evive by about I 5O of the country7 s more important clearing houses« Tronsae ons cover the weekly periods ending Wednesday March $ and Wednesday March 12* With the exception of the Dallas district, all Federal Reserve district* re port smaller aggregate debits to individual account than the before^ r :.e de crease for the 1U9 centers amounting to over 10 per cent ♦ Chicago, Pi t-t^rgh, Kansas City and San Francisco are among the more important ce/.'.^ars vh^oh . ^port decreases in excess of the average decrease* On tne otiier nani, h ev; orica-i^, Houston and to a lesser extent Philadelphia, report larger aesits to individual account than the week before* Debits to bank account likewise snow a deore-.se, though the rate of decline was considerably less than in the case of debits to individual account.
