Debits to individual accounts, as reported to the Federal Reserve Board by
banks in leading cities for the week ending June 17, aggregated $11,571,000,000,
or lS per cent above the total reported for the preceding week and 32 per centbelow the total for the corresponding week of last year.
Aggregate debits for the l4l ccntcrs for which figures have been published
weekly since January 1Q19 amounted to $10,953,000,000, as compared with
$9,437,000,000 for the proccding week and $lb,165,000,000 for the week ending
June IS of last year,
