tanks in leadin- cities for the week ending January l4, aggregated $10,57°,000,OUO
o f S per cent below the total reported for the preceding week, which included
but fi^e business days, and 25 per cent below the total reported for the corre­
sponding week of last year.
Appregate debits for l4l centers for which figures have "been published
weekly since January 1919 amounted to $9,267,000,000, as compared witn
$12,^5,000,000 for the preceding week and $13, 211,000,000 for tne wee^ en 1
January 15 of last year.
