FEDERAL RESERVE statistical release For immediate release November 19, 1969 H. 12 COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL LOANS OUTSTANDING BY INDUSTRY Commercial and industrial loans increased a net of $110 million at weekly reporting large commercial banks during the week ended November 12. The principal net increases were $64 million in loans to manufacturers of machinery, and $60 million to services. The largest offsetting net decrease was $82 million in loans to "other" public utilities.
