The principal net decrease was $119 million in loans to manufacturers of chemicals and rubber products. The larger net increases were $17 million in loans to other wholesale, and $10 million to "all other" types of business concerns. Outstanding loans and changes from a week ago and a year ago are shown "below; cumulative changes since year-end and during the comparable period last year are shown in the last two columns.
