FEDERAL RESERVE statistic For immediate release June 21, 1967 H. 12 COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL LOANS OUTSTANDING BY INDUSTRY Commercial and industrial loans increased in eleven districts and a net of $905 million at weekly reporting large commercial "banks during the week ended June l4. All categories of classified loans showed net increases,except three, reflecting quarterlytax date needs. The principal net increases were $l47 million in loans to petroleum refiners, $111 million to manufacturers of machinery, $102 million to "other" public utilities, and $99 million to the mining industry, which includes producers of petroleum and natural gas.
