The p r i n c i p a l n e t d e c r e a s e s were $74 m i l l i o n in l o a n s i n b a n k e r s ' a c c e p t a n c e s , $45 m i l l i o n i n r e t a i l t r a d e , and $44 m i l l i o n t o m a n u f a c t u r e r s of f o o d , l i q u o r , and t o b a c c o p r o d u c t s .
