COMMERCIAL

OUTSTANDING BY INDUSTRY

Commercial and industrial loans decreased a net of $285 million at weekly
reporting large commercial banks during the week ended July 21.
The principal net decreases were $107 million in loans to manufacturers
of machinery, and $58 million to communications.
