FEDERAL RESERVE statistical release H. 12 For immediate release A u g u s t 19, 1970 COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL LOANS OUTSTANDING BY INDUSTRY C o m m e r c i a l and industrial loans decreased a net of $13 m i l l i o n at weekly reporting large commercial banks during the w e e k ended August 12. The principal net decreases were $69 m i l l i o n in loans to retail trade, and $41 million to unclassified borrowers. The largest offsetting net acceptances.
