was elected chairman.
The meeting convened a t 10.30 a . m . Wednesday April

7th, 1920. T h e morning session was devoted t o a conference
with the Secretary o f the Treasury, Assistant Secretary o f
the Treasury a n d members o f the Federal Reserve Board,
The Secretary o f the Treasury made a
