Henderson (314) 444-8311 ST. LOUIS - Martha L. Perine, vice president of Personnel and Customer Relations for the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, has been named manager of the Memphis Branch, effective February 1, 1997. Perine has a bachelor of arts degree in business administration from Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, Georgia, and a master of science degree in economics from Washington University in St. Louis. The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis has branches in Little Rock, Louisville and Memphis. It serves the Eighth Federal Reserve District, which includes all of Arkansas, eastern Missouri, southern Indiana, southern Illinois, western Kentucky, western Tennessee and northern Mississippi.
