Class A director, and J. W. Harris, Class B director, whose terms expire December 31, 1933. has been duly held in accordance with Section 4 of the Federal Reserve Act and my circular dated September 21. 1933. T he results of the election are as follows: Max B. N ahm , Vice-President. Citizens National Bank, Bowling Green, Ky., was reelected by member banks in Group 2 as a Class A Director, and J. W. Harris. President, Harris-Polk H at Co., St. 1 ouis, was reelected by member banks in Group 1 as a Class B director, of this bank.
