In accordance with the provisions of Section 4 of the Federal Reserve Act and my circular dated
September 28. 1926. in regard to election of directors of this bank to succeed John G. Lonsdale, Class
A director, and LeRoy Percy. Class B director, whose term s expire December 31, 1926, there is given
on the back hereof a list of the candidates nominated for such directors, showing the names of the
banks nominating them.
There is sent herewith to each bank in ( irbttp 1 a preferential ballot for use in voting on the can­
didates for Class A director and to each bank in Group 3 a preferential ballot for use in voting on
the candidate for Class B director.
The ballot must be executed by the officer authorized to cast the vote and returned so as to reach
me w ith in fifte e n d a y s after its receipt. The polls will open on Xovember 15 and close about D e­
cember 1, 1926, when results of the election will be announced.
While the banks in Group 2 will not vote in this election, this circular is sent to them for their
information.
