L o u is 2 , M is s o u r i January 11, 1952 To A ll Member Banks in the Eighth Federal Reserce District: Effective January 14, 1952, Mr. Fred Burton, Assistant M anager of the Louisville Branch, will be transferred for a tem porary period of several months to the St. Louis office as Assistant Vice President. There are enclosed revised pages 57a and 58 which should be substituted for the like numbered pages in your copy of the M anual of Facilities of our bank. Page 57a has been revised to include Mr. B urton’s facsimile signature as Assistant Vice President among those authorized to act and sign for the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis and page 58 has been revised to delete his facsimile signature as Assistant M anager of the Louisville Branch. After completing his tem porary assignment a t the St. Louis office, it is con templated th at Mr. Burton will resume his position as Assistant M anager at the Louisville Branch. DELOS C.
