L O U IS 2, M ISSOURI April 22, 1957 DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME J o A ll B a n ks it: the Eighth Federal Reserve District: Daylight Saving 'lime will be effective in St. Louis, Missouri, from Sunday, April 28, 1957, through Saturday, October 26, 1957. In Louis ville, Kentucky, businesses will operate on “ Voluntary Daylight Time" between these dates. During this period local time will be one hour in advance of Central Standard Time in both cities. The St. Louis office and the Louisville Branch of this bank will operate during this period on Central Daylight Saving Time. Daylight Saving Time will not l)e in effect in the cities of Little Rock, Arkansas, and Memphis, Tennessee, and our branches located in those cities will continue to operate on Central Standard Time.
