Circular No. 777 dated March 28, 1927, containing facsimile signatures of those
authorized to sign on behalf of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, is modified
in the following respect:
formerly Assistant General Counsel and Secretary, resigned as of April 30th, 1927, to accept the presidency of the Hanmer Plan Company,
New York, and his authority to sign on behalf of or to act for the Federal Reserve
Bank of New York expired accordingly.
