FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF NEW YORK [ Circular No. 629, September 20, 1924* Superseding Circular No. 601 Return to Standard Time To all Banks, Trust Companies, Savings Banks and Bankers in the Second Federal Reserve District: Beginning on Monday, September 29, 1924, this bank and its Buffalo Branch will open and close for business in accordance with standard time which becomes effective in New York City and in the City of Buffalo by the retarding of one hour at 2 a. m. on Sunday, September 28, 1924.
