Checks on Certain Nonmember State Banks and Trust Companies
In North Carolina Unacceptable For Collection
REVISED LIST—No. 20
lo all Member Banks in the Second federal Reserve District:
The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond has furnished us with the attached revised
list of nonmember State banks and trust companies located in North Carolina with the
advice that checks drawn on such banking institutions cannot be accepted by it for
collection.
No such checks, therefore, will be received by us for collection.
Revised lists will be published and sent to you from time to time as occasion requires.
