A llen , Assistant Vice President, whose signature appears on page 4 of Circular No. 3171, has resigned as an officer of the bank, and accordingly liis name should be removed from the list o f officers contained in the circular. S pencer S. M arsh , Jr., form erly Manager, Accounting Department, has been assigned as Manager, Securities Department. A facsimile of Mr. M arsh’s signature appears on page 6 of Circular No. 3171. H arold M. W essel, form erly Manager, Planning Department, has been assigned as Manager, Accounting Department. A facsimile of Mr. W essel’s signature appears on page 6 of Circular No. 3171. G eorge J. D oll, formerly Acting Manager, Personnel Department, has been assigned as Acting Manager, Accounting Department. Mr. Doll continues as Assistant Cashier o f the Buffalo Branch. A facsimile of Mr. D oll’s signature appears on page 17 of Circular No. 3171. The authority of J osephine M. M urphy to sign ration checks in behalf of the bank as indi cated on page 15 o f Circular No. 3171 has been terminated. Mrs. Murphy continues to have authority to sign in behalf of the bank per procuration food purchase orders and correspon dence relating to the routine operations of the Food Supply Division of the Service Depart ment, as indicated on page 15 of Circular No. 3171.
