Regarding Offering of 81,300,000,000, or thereabouts,
of 91-Day Treasury Bills

To all Incorporated Batiks and Trust Companies in the
Second Federal Reserve District and Others Concerned:

In our Circular No. 2885, dated January 5, 1945, we printed the text
of a public notice of offering of $1,200,000,000, or thereabouts, of 91-day
Treasury bills, dated January 11, 1945, maturing April 12, 1945.
The Treasury Department has telegraphed us today that the amount
of the offering should have been $1,300,000,000, or thereabouts, instead of
$1,200,000,000, or thereabouts.
Our Circular No. 2885 is corrected accordingly.
