HARRISON, at present General Counsel to the Federal Reserve Board, has been elected a Deputy Governor. He will enter upon his duties about July 1, 1920, and will sign on behalf of the bank: E D W I N R . K E N Z E L , Controller of Investments, has been elected a Deputy Governor.
