To all Banks and Trust Companies
in the Second Federal Reserve District:
Our Circular N o . 251 dated February 5, 1920, giving the authorized
official signatures of the bank as modified by our Circular N o . 265 of March
24, 1920, is hereby further modified in the following respects:
G E O R G E L. HARRISON, at present General Counsel to the Federal Reserve
Board, has been elected a Deputy Governor. He will enter upon his duties
about July 1, 1920, and will sign on behalf of the bank:

E D W I N R . K E N Z E L , Controller of Investments, has been elected a Deputy
Governor. For the present he will continue to act as Controller of Investments, and will sign on behalf of the bank:

L A U R E N C E H . H E N D R I C K S , Controller of Collections, has been elected
Controller a t Large, and a member of the Managing Committee. For the
present, he will continue to act as Controller of Collections, and will sign on
behalf of the bank:
