To all Banking Institutions, and Others Concerned,
in the Second Federal Reserve District:

For your information we quote below the text of a telegram received
today from the Secretary of the Treasury:
The following general licenses have been revoked today,
December 11, 1941:
General License No. 47 and General License No. 47A are
hereby revoked.
