Chicago, November 10, 1914.
TO MEMBER BANKS OF DISTRICT No. 7 .
We enclose herewith a blank report of condition.
By order of the Federal Reserve Board you are
requested to fill out this blank, swear to it, and return
it to us at Chicago.
We also wish to advise that hereafter member banks
will be expected to furnish the Federal Reserve Bank of
Chicago with a sworn copy of each one of their reports of
condition, when called for by the Comptroller of the Currency.
This first sworn report to the Federal Reserve Bank
of Chicago , should be a copy of your report to the Comptroller
of the Currency, as at the close of business on October 31st,
1914.
Please attend to this promptly so that we may have
your report here by November sixteenth - the date of the opening of this bank.
