Revised Circular No . 57A INFORMATION REGARDING QUALIFICATIONS OF AGENTS FOR SALE OF WAR SAVINGS AND THRIFT STAMPS Acents of the ~irst Class may order stamps in an7 quantit1 de sired , basing their orders for WAR SAVINGS stamps in units of half sheets (40 stamps). THRIFT STAMPS in units of full sneets (300 stamps). Orders under this classification must be accompani ed by Chicago Exchange. CASH Agents of the Second Class are to be coverned by the same regulations as agents of the first class, but must order not less than $1000 par value certificate stamps . Such agents have the privil ege of returning un~old stamps, as per conditions outlined in Circular #96. Copy of this circular is enclosed . You will find attached to it Forms 1026 and 102G, whioh, when properly executed and r eturned to t his office, accompanied by Chicago Exchange, will insure immediate shipment of stamps. Agents of the Second Class may obtain stamps on consisnment in amounts of not less than $1000 and up to $50,000 by depositing Liberty Loan Bonds or u. s. Certifi cates of Indebtedne ss as collateral. For desc~iption of securities covering amounts of $50,000 or over consult Circular #92, which will be mailed upon request. For details concerning agents of the Second Class see Circular #95.
