Employer Costs for Employee Compensation
The Employer Costs for Employee Compensation (ECEC) news release presents data from the National Compensation Survey - Employment Cost Trends program. This dat measures the average employer cost per employee hour worked for total compensation, wages and salaries, and benefits, and costs as a percent of total compensation.
In order to aid in the retrieval of information from this publication, significant tables, charts, and/or articles have been extracted and can be viewed individually or across a span of issues.
This series includes an excerpt from the Summer 1997 issue of Compensation and Working Conditions, which serves as the first installment of the data series.
