TEXAS September 17, 1962 To the Bank Addressed: We are advised that the Wolfforth State Bank, Wolfforth, Texas, a newly organized nonmember bank located in the terri tory served by the head office of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, opened for business on September 11, 1962. The bank has notified us that remittance will be made at par for checks drawn on it when received from the Federal Reserve Bank.
