federal reserve bank of Da l l a s D A L L A S 13, T E X A S January 14, 1950 To All Banks of the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: This is to advise you that the West Texas State Bank, Snyder, Texas, a newly organized institution, opened for busi ness today as a member of the Federal Reserve System. The bank is located in the territory served by the Head Office of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. The new bank has paid-in capital funds of $200,000, com prised of $100,000 capital, $75,000 surplus, and $25,000 undi vided profits.
