To All Banks of the
Eleventh Federal Reserve District:
This is to advise you that the West Texas State Bank,
Snyder, Texas, a newly organized institution, opened for busi­
ness today as a member of the Federal Reserve System. The
bank is located in the territory served by the Head Office of
the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas.
The new bank has paid-in capital funds of $200,000, com­
prised of $100,000 capital, $75,000 surplus, and $25,000 undi­
vided profits.
Its officers and directors are as follows:
