TEXAS November 7, 1963 To the Bank Addressed: We are advised that the Webster State Bank, Webster, Texas, a newly organized, insured, nonmember bank located in the territory served by the Houston Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, will open fo r business on November 8, 1963. The bank has notified us that remittance will be made at par for checks drawn on it when received from the Federal Reserve Bank.
