TEXAS January 9, 1962 To All Banks of the Eleventh Federal Reserve D istrict: This is to advise that the Valley-Hi National Bank of San Antonio, San Antonio, Texas, a newly organized institution located in the territory served by the San Antonio Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, opened for business Jan uary 8,1962, as a member of the Federal Reserve System .
