TEXAS May 13,1963 To the Bank Addressed: We are advised that the Union Bank, Tucson, Arizona, a newly organized, insured, nonmember bank located in the territory served by the El Paso Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, will open for business, May 13,1963. The bank has notified us that remittance will be made at par for checks drawn on it when received from the Federal Reserve Bank.
