The time fixed by this schedule, either as to all items or as to any particular item, is subject to change without previous notice on the part of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. This schedule applies only to checks and drafts drawn on banks and de posited in the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas and in its El Paso and Houston Branches, and credit will be deferred from the date of receipt by us.
