All requests received before our closing ho ur will receive attention on day of receipt.
However, in order to expedite the transfer of funds and to make more certain completion of
the transactions on the same day, instructions should reach us even before the specified
hours whenever possible.
When telegraphic requests for transfers of funds are received, they will be handled in the
order of their receipt and dispatched as promptly as is possible. Owing to the uncertainty
of the telegraphic service, however, this bank and its El Paso and Houston Branches will
not be responsible for delayed telegrams.
Yours very truly,
