F E D E R A L R E SE R V E B AN K
OF DALLAS

Dallas, Texas, June 1, 1929.

To the Member Banks of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas:
In connection with President Taylor’s notice of the third annual meet
ing of the Stockholders’ Association, the Directors and Officers of the Fed
eral Reserve Bank of Dallas extend to the representatives of the member
banks who will attend the meeting a cordial invitation to be the guests of
the bank at luncheon at the Baker Hotel at one p. m., June 13, 1929. In
order that ample provision may be made for our guests, prompt return of
the enclosed card indicating the names and number of representatives from
each member bank contemplating attendance will be appreciated.
In order to assist the officers of the Stockholders’ Association having
the meeting in charge, desks will be placed on the mezzanine floor of the
Baker Hotel with a sufficient number of typists assigned to rapidly regis
ter the visitors and issue their credential badges. Registration will start
at eight a. m., and it will be appreciated if the representatives will register
promptly.
Our Directors and Officers will constitute a reception committee at the
bank and those desiring to be shown through the building and visit with
us may do so at any hour during June 13 and 14.
We shall also be glad to make hotel reservations for those who request
us by special letter or telegram to do so. We suggest the type of accom
modation desired, as well as hotel preference, if any, be indicated.
Yours very truly,

Chairman Board of Directors.

Governor.
