To the Bank Addressed:

Texas State Bank, Joaquin, Texas, an insured nonmember
bank located in the territory served by the Houston Branch of
the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, has notified us that, effective
immediately, remittance will be made at par for checks drawn on
it when received from the Federal Reserve Bank. The bank is
being assigned Federal Reserve routing symbol 1131.
The December 1966 supplement to the Federal Reserve Par
List will show Joaquin, Texas, as a par point.
