Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas DALLAS, TEXAS 75222 Circular No. 69-95 April 16, 1969 To the Bank Addressed: The Tensas State Bank, Newellton, Louisiana, an insured nonmember bank located in the territory served by the head office of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, has notified us that, effective April 17,1969, remittance will be made at par for checks drawn on it when received from the Federal Reserve Bank. The bank is being assigned Federal Reserve Bank routing symbol 1111. The April 1969 supplement to the Federal Reserve Par List will show Newellton, Louisiana, as a par point.
