To All Banks of the
Eleventh Federal Reserve District:
This is to advise th a t the Tennessee Bank and Trust
Company, Houston, Texas, located in the territory served by
the Houston Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas,
became a member of the Federal Reserve System today.
The bank, which was organized in 1936, has capital of
$2,000,000, surplus $2,000,000, undivided profits $1,581,000 and
total resources $49,020,000.
