FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF DALLAS April 25, 1928 To the Member Bank Addressed: Please refer to time schedule which accompanied our Circular No. 1, February 19, 1926, regarding Telegraphic Transfers of Funds. On this schedule it is stated that if any Federal reserve bank or branch should adopt daylight saving time, the time shown on schedule would be automatically advanced one hour for such length of time as the daylight saving plan is observed. For your information we wish to advise th at the cities shown below will observe daylight saving time for the period indicated, and our time limit for the acceptance of wire transfers for completion on day of receipt to such Federal reserve bank and branches will be one hour earlier than time shown on schedule.
